What were you before, a skeleton? Need before pictures to see the development.
You need to gain weight all over. There's really no other advice to give. At 6'1 and 140 lbs you will probably need to gain about 50-60 lbs to look like you have muscle.
Stick to heavy compound lifting for 80% of your lifts. The other 20% can be isolation stuff. Eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat. Oh and when you've done that eat some more.
Also you don't have pictures of your legs. Add squats to your routine (if not already). |
