I thought that if I tried one out and failed then when I tried the next weight, it wouldn't be my true 1 rep max cause I would be slightly fatigued from attempting the first one.
And if I tried different weights to get up to my 1 rep max, by the time I have tried and tested the different weights and found the one I max out on, it probably wouldn't be my max cause of the fatigue.
ORRRR... I have a feeling I might be over thinking this and should just try out some different weights to see what works? heh... |
