GetSwoll - I agree with you on some of these points. They should not be doing a full body workout every day for sure unless they have some freakish ability to recover super quickly.

Doing a full body workout every other day seems acceptable - they should leave the 7th day of the week off for rest too so that they are training their whole body about 3 times per week.

Depending on their routine they might be able to still do their full body in the optimal hour while at the gym but they would probably be doing a lot of compound exercises and not so much isolation, otherwise I don't think they would have time.

Compound exercises are a great way to put on general mass so this could be their goal.
