Id like to start out by saying hello to everyone and what a great site this is, ive already picked up quite a few tips from reading some posts

Personally im quite new to weightlifting and fitness....just got real big into it last year but now im "obsessed" lol....
I just got done with some strength training and now im tryen to drop some unwanted bodyfat..which im shure ill find tons of info yall have posted to help me along the way
