I tell you gaining wieght is not an easy thing to do.If you are into a fitness lifestyle you will always have to make a real effort to put on muscle (mass).
I work two jobs now and do a 4 day split routine and also play division 2 soccer.However I eat like its going out of style.One of my jobs is a cook where we can pretty much munch out all day if we like (which I do).
Sometimes I think I ought to take a training break for a week and let the calories build up.I dont know enough about this to say if that would be a good idea or not.
I thought by now Id be up to at least a solid 145 or so but this morning I was 141 at 17% BF.
