Some kinds of chocolate for example are actually very good for you (70% cocoa ) in moderation, however other kinds of chocolate are extremely high in fats especially saturated fat which make them a bad food choice. Unfortuantely few candies have little to no nutritional value. The main problem with candy is it provides a blood sugar and insulin surge. So, eat them once in a while if you really enjoy them, just realize they won't help your physique goals. |
