| Re: Weight & Water I wouldn't neccessarily concern yourself about the specific amount you're taking in. I will only measure my water intake during pre-contest preperation and it is a big hassle. If you don't have to do that....it's not neccessary. My recommendation is simply to take water with you everywhere you go....just make it a habit. Take it in the car, take it to work, take it to the gym, when you run errands, when you're sitting at home. And just continously sip it all day long. It's that easy. I take my little bottle with me everywhere and simply refill when neccessary. That will be more than adequate |
