I have to say that makes more sense. I have been taking CE 2 by Mri i haven't really felt anything besides some more energy and getting more ripped if anything. I have used creatine mono before it worked good but i lost the water weight fast. But with the New creatine i dont feel bloated anymore and i feel like its not just water weight which is a good thing. But i looked at some things researched some other products and the other products have alot more creatine in them per gram and about the same pills too which i think it crap. Because for two of my pills which is a serving only equals up too 1400mg CEE. So its all what you like and what works for you . Because the true is that there is no evidence to support that CEE is better then Creatine mono.
