Any amount of weight over 252lbs. at 45 minutes a day at high intensity would put you at 200+ OZ. This is a guidline. Like with the eating a larger breakfast post you put up. Same thing would apply here. Figure you sleep 8 hours. On hard workout days if you averaged about a pint of water every couple hours that would be a gallon of water a day. Don't drown yourself, use good judgement. If you over exert yourself you can drink a little more, if you have an off day, you can drink a little less. Like the post above by J. said, nothing is etched in stone. The post by Tex was pointing out the importance of water, the benefits. I thought it was a very good read!
