Well the healthy thing to do is
only drink water-no colas or anything else.Water is key in digestion and metabolism.Drinking cold water actually causes the body to burn calories warming itself back up!
The amount of water you drink supposedly should be between 60-80 ounces a day,especially if you are working out alot.
Green-like most workout guidlines you will find about a gillion opinions on any one subject.Nothing is written in stone.
I dont check the amount of water I drink,I just dont drink anything else.Seems to be working for me ;-).
