Moved this over to the weight loss forum.
What Tacos are you eating each day? They could pose problems (not hugggee ones, but you know how fast food goes).
How much time do you think you can commit each day to training? Do you belong to a gym or recreation club?
The change in diet is goin in the right direction it looks like. Check out some of the other weight loss threads too and then we'll see what we can do.
