From Taco Bell to Weight Loss Hi i'm new to this site just need some advice. We'll this is how i see it i'm almost 18 and i need to lose weight fast.
So this is how i started off about a week ago,
Everyday i workout in the evening about ten mintues a day but, i do 40 sit ups, 40 jumpin jacks, 10 push ups, 3 mins running in place.
Now i drink nothing but water, eat all healthy foods such as apple sauce, strawberries, grapes, lean meals, twice a week i eat subway, and mixed fruits.
im 17 turning 18 soon i need to lose this weight before i dont have time, and i weigh 260 lbs 5"11.
is this helping me at all can someone tell me what to do to lose it.
