I disagree; Creatine Monohydrate has worked for me other then the supplement marketing scheme called CEE, because when I took CEE,it basically didn't do anything. If something isn't broken, then you don't fix it, hence Creatine Monohydrate. It was made to push ions into the muscle which gives it the cell volumizing effect or aka what some call the "bloat". The "bloat" however is actually Creatine's anabolic effect, more ions in the muscle equates to greater nitrogen retention which yields greater protein synthesis which is plainly anabolic.
