Seriously though, make small gradual changes in your diet, like on wednesdays... if thats your burger, cheese n chips night, instead try replacing with just potatoes (I like small potatoes), and instead of a burger have steak or something.
Just gradually replace stuff, you obviously gotta have your junk... I dedicate 1 day a week to eat whatever I want and then back to healthy stuff. Never used to eat healthy stuff but over the past year n half been slowly replacing bad food/junk I been eating eg: Chicken kiev n chips, pies, cheese, ready/frozen meals with the likes of chicken, rice, pasta, salad, stir fry, fish, frozen veg (cos chopping up veg is just too much effort for me). Over the past 1 1/2 years ive dropped 50 pounds. | i 100% agree....i started taking gradual steps to dieting by just eating about 3/4 of what i normally ate.I ended up losing 20 pounds in just a few months...then when i got serious about health then i lost 30 more pounds! |
