Re: Warming Up Before Work Out

One of my trainers got me started on warming up before a workout. I must say it definitely improved my workout by a ton. It gets your blood flowing really well and your body warmed up. You will be able to lift a noticable amount more. Try to warm up for about 5 - 15 minutes before your workout.

Also, aside from doing a short cardio warm up before your workout, doing specific exercise warm ups helps too. It warms up the specific muscle group that you will be working on and allows you to lift more. You won't feel so cold going into the exercise too. Def recommend it.

Hope this helps some
Peace
