| Re: Why water for losing weight I wrote an article on water intake and fat loss that will be in my e book that's coming out shortly (YAY!). Some of the reasons it's important for fat loss:
-If you don't drink adequate water your kidneys will dump their workout on the liver, which is then less able to metabolize fat
-it helps the endocrine gland function properly. This will cause more fat to be used as fuel.
-Drinking water actually decreases fluid retention. When we don’t drink enough water the body will store as much as it can under the skin. -Water also helps maintain proper muscle tone by assisting muscles with their natural ability to contract. Sarah |
