I was wondering, which would be better to supplement with, a
BCAA supplement or a leucine specific supplement? I know the BCAAs contain leucine in them, but the ones I have seen have only had a few grams of leucine in it compared to Slated's recommendation of 7-12 grams
leucine post workout. However, the BCAA supplement also contains other bcaa's obviously.
What are your thoughts?
