yes you can build muscle and lose fat theres a difference in bulking up and trying to lose fat that really doesnt work to well unless ur on taking steroid for and eat really good, but the stuff that i had a buddy take and recommended was clembuteral its a nonsteroidal pill that is easy to do and it help builds muscle density, size, strenght and the best it also helps with fat loss but you should also take into note that you need a diet 80% of ur routine is diet and the rest is lifting and something else, try 5-8 small meals a day try to keep them at the same time every day and u dont have to delete carbs from ur diet just kinda load up on them some days and get the minm the next anymore ?'s just email me at
