yes that is right, it is called homeostasis where your body fights to keep its ideal working conditions. even if it one degree higher than normal homeostasis kicks in to being it back down. the idea of taking a high quality thermogenic can work but the supplement Thermogenic sold at GNC is a waste of money. this is a good rule of thumb if you bought something from GNC throw it in the trash |
