The Master Plan -
(Plan A) Pass a test called the AFOQT (Air Force Officer Qualifying Test).
Get down to 180lbs or keep my BF% under 20%.
Become an Officer in the Air Force.
Use the Base Gym from there on out.
(Plan B) If I fail the AFOQT, offer my college degree up to the Army.
Go through all of thier "hoops"
Become an Officer int he Army
Use the Base Gym.
Either way....my futrue is with the military.....that was decided a while ago.....and is one more piece of my 'motivation' | cool... good luck with that... my dad was in the Air Force, but he was no where near an office just an enlisted guy who pushed papers for a living... inbetween cigarettes that is you might add somecalisthenics type work into your routine... make it a little more aerobic... for example, inbetween different excercises go run up & down the stairs (if you live in an appartment), then move to the next lifting move... or do several minutes of jumping jacks or jump rope... you can also decrease the amount of resting time between your sets... instead of waiting 60-90 seconds between sets only rest 30 seconds, you'll keep your heart rate up higher that way and it should help boost your fat burning and help your cardiovascular health too... it's an easy way to get extra cardio in... but I wouldn't do both (the jump roap/stairs/etc. and the short rest times) pick one or the other and see how you do... if you're afraid of another testicular incident you might try the shorter rest periods |
