well when you said that you feel pain is basically you have a lack of circulation and a build up of lactic acid which causes the pain you have. the only thing to do is keep getting massages once or twice a month. that will keep the circulation in the muscles. also something that worked with me and my clients is right after a workout do a cold hot shower. 30sec cold 1min hot 30sec cold 1min hot 30sec cold. this helped move the lactic acid out the muscle and gives you a refreshing feeling
