| Help on Work out Well I have my home gym fixed now and not sure exactly what routine I want to do. I know that for a better routine in weight training if trying to tone or loose weight that it is better to do low weight with high reps/sets. Is it possible to give an example?
I mean lets take the bench.....(this is merely a hypothetical situation for better understanding).....weight 100.....reps 20.....sets 3
Is this too much? Too Little? I only ask for at least give an example.....please give an example of how may reps and sets would be good or excellent for such a goal. |
