| Re: What Is Your Motivation? its really hard to stay motivated as we all know. like last night i really didn't want to go, well i ended up going and i actually had a pretty descent chest workout. distractions are a set back too. my motivation comes from the way other people look at me, and ask me training and dieting advice because they too want to have a good physique. summer is also good for motivation. it pays off when you make all your friends look bad at the beach or a pool. i also get motived when i do deadlifts. the biggest guys in the gym will sit there and doubt me(in their minds) as i pull 400+ off the ground with perfect form for 10 or more reps. thats motivating to me ........mind you im only 5-8 and i weigh 175. |
