Check out this post regarding the "best & cheapest post workout meal"

Anyways, I suggested that thread for the use of leucine which is known to help you build strength and size. (And the oatmeal)

What is the name of your diet shake? Do you know what type of protein is in it? Regardless, if you want to put on some muscle, I would HIGHLY recommend the Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey (Chocolate) protein shake. It is 24? grams of whey protein which is the best for post workout because it is digested quickly to get to your muscles asap.

For the best results, you will want to follow that post and get the stuff into your system right after working out - assuming you won't puke

I have never tried the ergopharm stuff that is why i recommended the ON 100% Whey

Good luck man!
