Work Out Routine Description

This is a work out routine which was adapted from one of the routines in the Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding. It is a good routine for getting back into working out or beginning bodybuilding. This work out routine splits your body parts into three days.

Beginning Bodybuilding Work Out Routine

Monday & Thursday Routine

  • Shoulders
    • Military Press
    • Dumbbell Lateral Raises
  • Power Training
    • Heavy Upright Rows
  • Upper Arms
    • Standing Barbell Curls
    • Seated Dumbbell Curls
    • Close-Grip Press
    • Skull Crushers
  • Forearms
    • Wrist Curls
    • Hand Squeeze Grips
  • Abs
    • Crunches
    • Medicine Ball Crunches

Tuesday & Friday Routine

  • Chest Exercises
    • Dumbbell Flyes
    • Dumbbell Incline Press
    • Bench Press
  • Back
    • Chin-Ups
    • Bent-Over Rows
  • Power Training
    • Deadlifts
  • Abs
    • Crunches
    • Medicine Ball Crunches

Wednesday & Saturday Routine

  • Thighs
    • Squats
    • Lunges
    • Leg Curls
  • Calves
    • Standing Calf Raises
  • Lower Back
    • Straight-Leg Deadlifts
    • Good Mornings
  • Abs
    • Crunches
    • Medicine Ball Crunches
