Lower body workouts are very very often overlooked and neglected. Why? Many people think about working out to look better and the first thing that comes to their mind is a well developed upper body. However, adding in a lower body workout with quality lower body exercising can incredibly help your improvement in other areas too.

Your lower body muscles (leg muscles) are some of the biggest muscles in your body. So if your goal is to gain weight, here is a perfect target. Your leg muscles are attached to every other muscle in your body, indirectly if not directly. To not train these muscles will stunt your progress on other muscles incredibly.
