This body fat calculator will give you a rough estimate of how much body fat you have based on your measurements. It uses the U.S. Navy Circumference Method in which 3 (for men) or 4 (for women) are entered into a formula to calculate the amount of your body made up of fat. The measurements entered must be accurate (within .5 centimeters or .25 inches).
Height - Without shoes
Neck - Below larynx
Waist - Men: Navel height // Women: Smallest point
Hips (Women only) - Largest point
Remember that this calculation is based off of a formula and should be taken with a grain of salt! It is MUCH more accurate to have a nutritionist do a full analysis to determine your true bodyfat.
